Jessica

The many services and growing staff requires a detail oriented person to coordinate the chaos and Jessica’s experience and drive makes her the perfect Center Manager. If you have an especially difficult situation and fear that we will not understand your situation, give Jessica a call as there is a good chance she has the experience from working with another client. Jessica’s main priority is to help equip the staff to be able to deliver program services to you in an efficient manner while encouraging you to experience joy in the journey of parenting.

Alyssa

Our My 9 Months Care Program, Learn to Earn Parenting Program, and our SafeRiders Car Seat Program keep the staff busy and engaged with clients on a daily basis. Alyssa helps coordinate the caseloads, special events, and provides one-on-one education and mentoring as well as facilitating group classes. Alyssa’s gentle, yet firm approach is sure to help you find joy in your journey, even on the really hard parenting days.

Maria
Bi-lingual Client Advocate
Serving since June 2017
Parenting can be a rewarding journey, but it can also be a real struggle. All of us at PHCOL understand some of the struggles and want to help other parents as they journey through the first 3 years of parenting. Maria is no exception and enjoys specializing in assisting Spanish speaking parents who are limited in English abilities.
Whether you are seeking our services as a result of a CPS case or because of your desire to learn more, Maria will provide a compassionate approach to her education and mentoring services to help you find joy in your journey of parenting.

Paula W.
Resource Room Coordinator

With over 70,000 baby items distributed last year, it is vital that we have someone consistently sorting, pricing, stocking, and organizing all the donations in our Resource Room to ensure our clients have the best experience providing for their family. From diapers to wipes, shoes, clothing, feeding supplies, and a few fun things for mom or dad, Paula takes pride in creating an atmosphere where clients can find joy during their journey of parenting.

Pam H.

The backbone of our service is in helping our clients find the peace and joy that rests in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. All our spiritual mentors would love the opportunity to help you through your pregnancy or parenting journey through prayer and getting into God’s Word together. The joy of the Lord is our strength (Psalm 28:7).

Shanie

As Assistant to the Executive Director, Board Treasurer, and the Leadership Team, our Executive Assistant has her hands full. Shanie not only assists with general needs but also handles our accounts payable and accounts receivable, issues with our facility, assists with public relations and helps coordinate events. The shoes to fill are big…..but Shanie’s desire and abilities are greater.

Paula Havard
Executive Director
Serving as ED since April 2001
21 years ago, Paula’s passion for helping others facing an unexpected pregnancy brought her to the Center as a volunteer. Driven my her own unexpected pregnancy and poor choices in response, Paula wanted to help others make different choices. It is that passion for others that has sustained her as she began serving as the leader of this fabulous group of women and men in April 2001.
Integrity, trustworthiness, a heart for following Christ, and the ability to love on all the different people that we come into contact with are all values that Paula holds in high esteem as she leads her team. If you have the desire and the passion to serve others and want to discuss opportunities to be on our team, please give Paula a call.
